Charlie Chaplin’s Famous Speech

Charlie Chaplin has left something awe-inspiring  to the world, to ponder. He was  famous for his comedic monologues actually pulled off astounding powerful speech of all the time.

On Facebook hub – where so many stories in so many frames and sizes, hues and tones are coming together, suddenly my gaze happened to drift up to one of the video that got my attention ‘Charlie Chaplin famous speech’- as he was more famous of his comedic monologues.

I was dumbfounded when I saw this speech because he delivered the best message of rationality.

These words are crucial because they never get attention they deserve. Therefore, as a citizen of the world we have to identify and build upon things that bind us. We need to inject the message of love, peace and unity to shrug off the distances and to breed brotherhood and sisterhood.

However I salute Charlie Chaplin for delivering such a nice and motivating speech. I quote Charlie here:-

Let us all unite. Let us fight for a new world, a decent world that will give men a chance to work, that will give youth a future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power. But they lie! They do not fulfill their promise. They never will! Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people! Now let us fight to fulfill that promise! Let us fight to free the world! To do away with national barriers! To do away with greed, with hate and intolerance! Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness – Charlie Chaplin
