Eid Special - Basan Kay Lado

Besan kay Lado can be made in several ways but here’s a delicious and simple recipe of making lado at home, you and your guests will like it.


 

  • Prep Time 10 mints
  • Cook Time 15-20 mints
  • Serves 4-5

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Char maghz 1 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 cup
  • Pistachios and almond 1 cup
  • Small cardamoms 8
  • Fresh cardamoms 8
  • Fresh Cream 1 packet
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Ghee/oil 1-1/2 cup

Cooking Directions:

  1. Boil almonds and pistachio then chop them finely
  2. Grind small cardamoms with sugar
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cardamom powder, gram flour and plain flour
  4. Saute them until golden brown
  5. Allow to cool and add coconut powder and sugar in it
  6. Cook well and turn off the heat
  7. Add well and turn off the heat
  8. Add char maghz and cream in the mixture
  9. Then make small ladoo of the mixture
