ICON Valley’s resort for overseas Pakistanis

Icon Valley is setting up an elegant resort at Raiwind Road, for the overseas community, which will have state-of-the-art facilities. In-charge Icon Valley project in London Kashif Javaid informed that spreading over an area of 208 canals of land; the project would be the first of its kind in Lahore where all kinds of facilities would be available.

“This project is meant for the overseas Pakistani community living in different parts of the world and has been designed keeping in view their requirements. It would include one bed suit, one bed condo, two-bed condo and 5-marla villa. This resort would have two entry points installed with CCTV and security cameras where no unconcerned man could enter.”

Besides 60 canals of green space, the resort would have electricity, gas, water and other facilities. Approved by Lahore Development Authority, the project would have a total of 615 units of which only 250 units are intended to be sold at the moment. 90% of the structure has been completed. Other facilities included sports complex, commercial area, swimming pool, gym, mosque, school, 60-foot wide main road, mini golf course, food court and open dining, he further added.

In addition to two nearby grid stations, the electricity supply would automatically switch over to power generating unit in case of power disruption. Every unit would have solar system and UPS facility.  A full team would be available for complete security. Pick and drop service to and from airport would also be available. 110-member team would manage the resort. The project would be ready in two years. The owners can change the interior of the unit according to their will and taste.

He said a small clinic will also be set up within the resort but Sharif Medical Complex is also at a few minutes distance. To a question he said that the buyer could make down payment or in 24 installments in two years time at London, Dubai or Lahore.

He said the Millionaires’ club will have Jacuzzi, Cigar Lounge, Cinema, billiard/snooker, business centre, and conference centre and event hall. Squash, badminton, basketball, table tennis and balling facilities would be available in the sports hall. 

Director Marketing and PR of the project, Aneeqa Malik said, “After the successful launch in Lahore and Dubai, the formal lunching of the project in London would be held in West Ham United Hotel on October 23 which will have two sessions at 1 and 3 O’clock to brief people about the project.  And anyone interested can also contact her office in Central London.”
